Vincent Canneva
2003 cohort 10 - Programme Grande Ecole
Business Analyst at TotalEnergies, France
Thinking outside the box means accepting opportunities as they come and acting on the world, making choices: we always have a choice.
Vincent Canneva, who graduated from the Programme Grande Ecole in 2003, has been working at TotalEnergies for 16 years. Now a Business Analyst in the IT Electronic Payments Department, his main projects are to develop mobility and deploy different mobility services. The former President of the Alumni Association, Vincent looks back on his career as a student at Rennes SB.
For him, Rennes SB is above all an international experience, a journey. He had the opportunity to go to Mexico for a year, to discover new cultures, a new language and to meet people. For Vincent, “you return from these experiences as a changed person.”
He also mentions two of his professors who left a lasting impression on him, Don Minday and Ahmed Atil, whom he remembers very well. Rennes School of Business is a School with an outstanding faculty. If there was one course he would have liked to take today, it would be the entrepreneurship course, which was not available at the time and which has become indispensable today! He hopes that the School continues to prioritise the well-being of its students and make sure that diverse opportunities remain available to them.
