Sandrine Plasseraud is a graduate of the Programme Grande Ecole at Rennes School of Business. She is the former president of We Are Social France, a communications agency specialising in social media that she launched in 2010. The agency's mission is to provide strategic and creative support to brands for their social media activities.

I have given many employees the opportunity to shape their own profession; and it is these professions that made the agency shine.

Sandrine Plasseraud is a graduate of the Programme Grande Ecole at Rennes School of Business. She is the former president of We Are Social France, a communications agency specialising in social media that she launched in 2010. The agency’s mission is to provide strategic and creative support to brands for their social media activities and it had expanded to employ 120 employees when Sandrine left in 2021.

A student of Cohort 6 of the Programme Grande Ecole, Sandrine immediately understood the challenges of new technologies and the significant role they would play in customer relations. She graduated in 1999 in England after her last year abroad and stayed in the country for 7 years, working in various positions and companies, notably for Renault. In this episode, Sandrine looks back at her international career and the highlights of her education. She also shares some advice on how to manage new generations, who she sees as a brilliant and promising group of young people. Her advice to students is “Be ambitious but be kind”.
