Gwenaëlle Gerard, CEO of ResponSable a consulting agency focused on sustainable development and social responsibility, has lived in Mexico for 17 years. When she created an association to help the Indians of Mexico during her studies at Rennes School of Business, and while she completed her third year of study in the country, she never imagined that she would live there full-time later in life! Once arrived, she founded several companies there with her spouse and partner, Nicolas Blondel, alumni of Rennes SB too. After experiencing personal and professional tragedy following an earthquake in Mexico City on 19 September 2017, Gwenaëlle showed resilience and courage to overcome these trials. In fact, she has written a book about it “Minuto Cero” which aims to share the lessons she learned during the rebuilding of her business, the ability to think outside the box and to to bounce back.
