Florence graduated in 1997 from the Programme Grande Ecole at Rennes School of Business. She is now the managing director of her own company: Aire-H Conseil. In this episode, Florence is reminded of many things, in particular her arrival in Rennes, a city that she didn’t know at all and which has held a special place in her heart ever since. The way she was welcomed, settling in with the students other students… something she describes as “bubbling moments of excitement”.  When asked about the value of the school that corresponds most to her, freedom was the first value that came to mind. Florence finds it important to have a feeling of freedom in her professional and personal lives, which is why she decided to become self-employed. She advises students to take advantage of every opportunity, to listen to their desires, what they want to bring to the world.

Careers are flexible, we evolve, we change, be yourself, be open, be curious, work in a meaningful way and do things that really correspond to you.”
