1996 cohort 4 - Programme Grande Ecole
Samsic Facility Deputy Managing Director of Commerce, France
Dare to dream.
Bénédicte Joubert graduated from the Programme Grande Ecole in 1996, was President of the Rennes SB Alumni Network from 2008 to 2011 and founder of the Alumni Secret Club. Today, she is the Managing Director of Commerce for the Breton SAMSIC group.
In this episode, Bénédicte looks back the moments that marked her time at Rennes School of Business. The first BDE campaign, the creation of the Well’come association, her gap year at L’OREAL Belgium and her 3rd year in the USA which was a real educational and cultural shock for her. She also mentions two professors: Dominique DRILLON for his classes on public speaking and Alain Le GONIDEC for his motto “Mission, Objectives, Strategy” which had an impact on Bénédicte’s entire class. With his programme of initiative pedagogy and his way of helping his students see all the possibilities open to them, « Alain Le Gonidec was a key person in the launch of the School and in our respective personal constructions.»
Bénédicte advises students to live this period at RSB to the full, to make lifelong friendships, to seize all available opportunities and to be curious and open to the world.
