Women need to support each other on their way to the top. More and more female leaders need to become role models and go against the grain.

“My passion is to enter uncharted waters and disrupt them.” In this podcast, Anushka looks back at her years at the school which brought her so much, both personally and professionally, and the Unframed Thinking signature that represents the school and which pushed her to step out of the box and start her own company – Wiggles. A member of the Indian Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Anushka Iyer has just been ranked by Forbes as one of the top 30  entrepreneurs in Silicon Asia. In a country where just 14% of entrepreneurs are women, she has her work cut out for her. It would be an understatement to say that she is marching off the beaten track. She is the inventor of the Wiggle Box, a subscription box containing anti-parasite medication and nutritional supplements for pets which is delivered monthly. During Covid, she launched video-consulations and contactless delivery. The Wiggles vets respond to pet owners free of charge and help to create a customer community. Anushka’s is an absolute success story which has been supported by her Bachelor in Management at Rennes School of Business and her degree in animal health at the British College of Canine Studies. The result is 30% growth per month and plans to set up operations in seven Indian cities. Anushka Iyers’ goal is to become a $70 million company in the next four years.  She advises all students to be themselves, meet people, fail, learn and get back up to carry on.
